Unlike most agents, we don’t charge a fee when you buy a home. Many real estate agents will charge you an additional fee on top of their Compensation Fee.
Professional Fee: 2%
Typically, a Real Estate Agent will ask you to sign a 3% Buyer-Broker Agreement. This means you’ll owe them 3% of your new home’s purchase price at closing, plus the brokerage fee.
When a home is listed for sale, the seller usually offers a compensation to the buyer’s agent. This compensation can cover what you owe your agent. However, if the seller offers less than 3%, with a “conventional agent” you’ll be responsible for the difference.
Working with Hooommm, our fee is only 2%.
How does this save you money?
If the seller offers a 3% compensation, you can apply the difference towards your closing costs!
Example: Purchase Price: $500,000
Seller offers a 3% compensation
3% – 2% (Our Fee) = 1% ($5,000)
You’ll receive $5,000 to apply toward your closing costs!
Will the services be limited?
Absolutely Not! Services include:

- Assistance with your preapproval process
- Negotiating with Sellers and Submitting Competitive Offers
- Scheduling all home inspections, while protecting your Earnest Money
- Preparing Repair Requests
- Protection and assistance through the entire home buying process.
What if I work directly with the Listing Agent?
The Listing Agent will have their clients (The Sellers) best interest in mind, and you will be in a “limited representation.”
The Listing Agent will also collect the compensation being offered by the seller.
